At Flying Star: all food menu items, pastries, whole or sliced cakes, cookies, desserts, all drinks all sizes, retail items, takeaway catering and magazines.. No points for at Flying Star for: beer and wine, hospitality room services.

At Satellite: all food menu items, pastries, cookies, desserts, all drinks all sizes including bottles, retail items.
No points at Satellite for: Albuquerque The Magazine, Source bottled water, pre-packaged or unpackaged beans.*
*Bean Fiend Program: Prepackaged or unpackaged coffee beans receive an item-based reward. Buy 10 bags, get the 11th free.
FAQS How do I earn rewards?
Each time you visit a Flying Star Café or Satellite Coffee location, present your card to our friendly counter folk. They’ll swipe your card to earn your points for that visit. It’s easy!
FAQS What do I get for my points?
Earn 50 points at Flying Star Café or Satellite Coffee and receive a complimentary drink of choice at any Satellite Coffee location. Also, buy 10 bags of coffee beans at Satellite, receive the 11th bag free.

Five locations citywide for your caffeinience.
FAQS Where are the Flying Star Café locations?
Eight locations for a cup of brew, a slice of cake, a fine meal, or food on the fly!
FAQS Can I redeem my points at Flying Star?
You can redeem points only at Satellite Coffee. However, you can earn points at both Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee.
FAQS How many points do I need to earn a free drink at Satellite?
50 points earns you a complimentary drink of your choice at any Satellite Coffee location.
FAQS What do I do with my old Satellite Caffeine Fiend card?
Surrender your current Caffeine Fiend card to any Satellite Coffee location and we’ll give you a complimentary drink of choice as a thank you for transitioning to our new program. Paper Caffeine Fiend cards will be accepted for redemption through July 31st, 2008.
FAQS What do I do with my old Satellite Bean Fiend card?
Surrender your current Bean Fiend card to any Satellite Coffee location and we’ll give you a complimentary bag of pre-packaged beans of your choice as a thank you for transitioning to our new program. Paper Bean Fiend cards will be accepted for redemption through July 31st, 2008.

What if I try to register my card and it says you have no record of my card number?

All cards need to activated (or “swiped”) at the store in order to be eligible to register online. Please have your card activated by our Friendly Counter Folk the next time you visit our stores.
 
FAQS How can I check how many points I have?
Visit us online at www.flyingstarcafe.com or www.satcoffee.com and click on the Frequent Flyer card icon. Be sure to have your card in hand, as you’ll need the number on the back of your card to log in.
FAQS What do I do if I lose my card?
Pick up another Frequent Flyer card to begin earning points again. Unfortunately, we’re unable to transfer points from a lost Frequent Flyer card to a new Frequent Flyer card. Flying Star Café and Satellite Coffee are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
FAQS Do I need to have money on my Frequent Flyer card to earn points?
No. Earn points any time you present your card to our counter folks during the payment process. We’ll swipe your card to record the points that you earn for that visit.
FAQS Do I need my card with me to earn points or redeem points?
Yes. Your card serves as your passport to rewards. Our friendly counter folks will need to swipe your card during the payment process in order for you to earn points.
FAQS Do my points ever expire?
No. As long as you have your card, you have your points.
